Do you offer full wedding packages?
Heck yes we do! We can create any printed piece you could need for your big day, and beyond! Send us a message or custom order request to get started.
Do you ever offer discounts or have sales?

What types of pens do you suggest for your guest books?
You will want archival quality pens for signing on the guest books. We love Sakura brand, especially their Gelly Roll line (they come in EVERY color!)
What is the turnaround time?
Our current turnaround time on is 3 weeks for the first proof to be emailed to you, and if you purchase a printed option it is 8 business days for your piece to get printed and shipped. For international deliveries the printing and shipping time can vary, so please reach out for an estimate.
Do you offer rush options?
We do offer a variety of rush options for both proof turnaround as well as expedited shipping. You can view our rush options here they are also available at checkout.
A proof? What is that?
We send proofs for every custom order. The proof will come via email and will be a preview of what your design(s) will look like.The proof will be coming from email@example.com, so be sure to keep an eye out!
Can I make changes once I get the proof?
Absolutely. You will be able to send us comments back after you receive the proof, and only once you approve a proof will we send your piece to print.
Can I see a proof before I purchase?
No, our company policy requires payment in full before any custom work can be done.
How do I customize my purchase?
As soon as you purchase we will send you an online form to fill out where you can provide us all of the details like colors, fonts, etc. that are required for your design.
How do you make the portraits look like us?
We base our custom illustrations on photos you provide – this can include people, pets, places, outfits, and more. As soon as you purchase we will send you an online request where you can provide us all the photos we need for your design.
We want a wedding portrait, but don’t yet have a photo of us in our wedding attire, is that ok?
Yes! You can send us multiple photos (for each person, their outfits, etc) and we will put it all together into one beautiful piece.
What print type is the best for guests to write on?
All of our printing types currently offered (Matte Paper, Mounted, and Canvas) are excellent for signatures. We use a premium coated canvas that is smooth to write on, and signatures will not bleed.
I see you offer digital print options, how do those work?
Digital files are a great option for last minute orders, or if you wish to use your own print vendor. If you are looking to find local places to get your files printed, we suggest contacting FedEx, Office Max, Costco, Walmart, or CVS. Call ahead to make sure they offer the printing you are interested in. If you choose to do your printing online you can use sites such as Zazzle, Short Run Prints, or Vistaprint.
Do you ship internationally?
As of now we do not offer international shipping on our printed items, but our digital files are a great option for those wishing to purchase our products out of the country. See above FAQ for more info on our digital files.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our projects, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges. However, we will always work with you to make sure that you are happy with your purchase, and in some cases partial refunds can be granted when the situation warrants it.
